Following a broadband issue the following missive emerged (after lots of other correspondence):


In view of the delay we wish to reinstate old broadband line with BT and
require our MAC code for this line/user by return. Can you please
provide us with this so we can place order.
Sorry but we cannot wait any longer for BT.
